Jacko Investments Limited intend to apply for planning permission for development relating to a Large-scale Residential Development consisting of amendments to a previously approved Strategic Housing Development (SHD) (ABP Reference ABP-313223-22; Fingal County Council Register Reference SHD/013/21) on this site, The Lord Mayor’s Public House, Main Street, Swords, Co Dublin.

 

The proposed development will consist of amendments to the basement and ground floor of the permitted Building A, including the amalgamation of the four basements to form two basements; the amalgamation of the four units at ground floor to form two units and change of use to commercial/restaurant use; the relocation of the ESB substation and switchroom; provision of service access for ESB substation and switchroom; and amendments to the north and south elevations at ground floor.
